Mail-Order Packaging Solution for OG Juice

Back in January 2019, we received an enquiry from Charlie Simons, founder of OG juice, for the creation of a mail order packaging solution for their Seven Day Pack ‘Boost Boxes’. Our internal sales co-ordinator, Wayne, worked closely with Charlie to produce bespoke mail-order packaging solutions, designed to house 7 x 60ml bottles of their organic, cold press juices.

 

In great care for the environment, OG Juice use glass bottles for their online orders. They do this not only to retain the flavours of their products, but where possible, to promote recycling, as they reuse their glass bottles repeatedly and offer their customers great incentives to return their bottles to them.

Because of this, we gave careful consideration to which material grade of corrugated cardboard would be most suited to the design of the packaging.

Our design team decided that using E Flute for the design of the mail order pack was the best solution, as it presented for a sleek design and feel whilst offering suitable protection for transit and delivery.

The mail order packs were printed using the Litho printing process, which produced HD Photo Quality print to show off the bottles printed on their artwork. In addition, they were given the further embellishments of a matt laminate in order to give their packaging the most premium of finishes.

 

The packaging invokes a fresh, clean and crisp look. Which reflects OG’s branding, values and ethos of creating healthy and organic juices for their customers.

With an initial order of 1000 boxes for their Orange & Ginger, Orange & Tumeric and Orange & Matcha juices, we are delighted to hear that OG Juice are over the moon with their packaging solution and their customers are thoroughly appreciating receiving their products in such aesthetically satisfying packaging.
