When it comes to packaging for eCommerce, there isn’t a one-size fits all solution. That’s why we offer a range of popular packaging solutions, including self-locking FEFCO 0427 style boxes that are a strong and sturdy solution for postal packaging, plus double-walled boxes, single bottle eCommerce packs, courier safe transit boxes and much more.

From simple designs with your company logo with easy to open tear strips through to intricate pieces of artwork with multiple perforations and tape; we can provide packaging and print finishes to facilitate a fantastic, frustration-free, unboxing experience.

About the packaging material for eCommerce boxes

  • Single-walled or double-walled corrugated material
  • Standard finishes include KRAFT (brown), white, LT (recycled paper) and TEST (recycled inner liner). White papers can be coated to provide with superior substrate for greater print quality
  • Print options include litho (up to 8 colours), digital (CMYK), flexo (up to 5 colours) and silk-screen (typically 2-3 colours)
  • Flute profiles available are Micro, E, S, B, C, BC and EB
