Pale Fox Prosecco – “The Worlds Finest Prosecco”

Pale Fox is the brainchild of two English wine enthusiasts, whom back in 2018 on a trip to Valle Delle Volpi (or Valley of the Foxes), tasted for the first time “what surely had to be the ultimate sparkling wine”. Inspired to bring this wine to the world, the two named it Pale Fox, in honour of its birthplace…

In January 2020, Harry Cooke (co-founder of Pale Fox), was seeking premium wine packaging to help fulfil orders for their e-commerce store on their website. The packaging had to be elegant and engaging but also provide adequate protection for the prosecco in transit.

Equally, Harry wanted a packaging solution that was in line with Pale Fox’s company values and ethos of quality, sophistication & sustainability.

 

With this in mind, Kelly Phipps our Customer Service Co-ordinator, along with our in-house design team got to work on designing a fit-for-purpose packaging solution that would meet Harry Cooke’s exacting requirements.

As this eCommerce packaging solution would have to perform in varying conditions during transit such as load, stacking and refrigeration, EB Flute was the most suitable for the requirement because of its strength and its mail order capabilities of offering more protection for the 75cl prosecco bottle inside.

With the innovative artwork design and the design teams’ attention to detail, we achieved the desired high-quality premium look required. The packaging was printed using a two-colour flexographic printing process, with both inner & outer printing using our in-house printing machines which were then subsequently die-cut into shape based on a FEFCO 0471 design.
